Grippy socks recommended on the Pilates equipment

  • Spin + Sculpt is the ultimate cardio-strength fusion class. We start with 20 minutes of heart-pounding cycling to boost endurance. Then, we transition immediately to 20 minutes of heavy lifting to sculpt and define every major muscle group.
