Spin and Sculpt


This class is taught by:
Spin + Sculpt is the ultimate cardio-strength fusion class. We start with 20 minutes of heart-pounding cycling to boost endurance. Then, we transition immediately to 20 minutes of heavy lifting to sculpt and define every major muscle group.

It’s fast-paced, demanding, and highly effective. Prepare to sweat, build lean muscle, and feel the power of getting two workouts in one.
