    This predominately floor class is mediation in motion using props, deep holds, and even deeper releases.

  • Vinyasa Yoga
  • Vinyasa yoga, also known as "flow" yoga, is a creative style of yoga that involves linking poses together using breath. The term "vinyasa" comes from Sanskrit and refers to the alignment of movement with breath

  • Yin Yoga
  • Yin Flow Yoga is a strong practice that builds heat, endurance, flexibility,
    strength, and focus using yoga postures that encourage alignment, flexibility, balance, strength, and
    stamina. All levels welcome.

  • Vinyasa Yoga
  • Vinyasa is a unique style of yoga where postures are linked together in a continuous, challenging and creative flow that combines strength and flexibility while toning the body and clearing the mind. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace with intention and to listen to their body as they explore their own edge and discover inner strength. 

  • Yin Yoga
  • This meditative practice is performed on the floor and uses props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets to help you find your ideal shape in each pose. Rather than using muscular effort, you'll learn to soften and release into the pose, finding a balance between an appropriate sensation and ease.
