Gentle Yoga


This class is taught by:
Gentle Yoga is slow-paced, mindful practice focusing on basic poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation, often using props for support, and is suitable for all levels, especially beginners or those with physical limitations.
 
This predominately floor class is mediation in motion using props, deep holds, and even deeper releases.
