Coach Courtney instructs the following:
  • Cardio HIIT
  • HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Don't forget your water bottle for this fun and fabulous lunch-time workout!

  • Leg Day
  • A strength class that works the lower body. Class will incorporate free weights, bands, body bars, balls and medicine balls as well as body weight exercises. The moves are slow and controlled. You will participate in non-stop strength building exercises that will increase muscular endurance while using a variety of equipment.
    All levels welcome.

  • Upper Body STRENGTH!
  • A strength class that works the upper body. Class will utilize free weights, bands, body bars, balls and medicine balls as well as body weight exercises. The moves are slow and controlled. You will participate in non-stop strength building exercises that will increase muscular endurance while using a variety of equipment.
