Coach Taya



Coach Taya instructs the following:
  • Total Body HIIT
  • The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.  Open to all fitness levels.  Don't forget your water bottle!

  • GO GO Glutes
  • Class will focus on lower body movements that target and strengthen the muscles in and around your legs and glutes. We will add in a little cardio throughout to challenge your aerobic capacity!

  • Core Crazy
  • Class focuses on your core to strengthen and define your midsection. All levels are welcome but be prepared to work!

  • danceCHOREO
  • danceCHOREO class is the art of creating and organizing movement into pattern or order as you DANCE! You will develop musicality, coordination, strength, flexibility, dance technique, rhythm, and body awareness in a caring, nurturing environment. BEE prepared to have FUN and show off your dance skills!
