Sculpt and Stretch


This class is taught by:
Sculpt and Stretch is a full body, low to moderate intensity class suited for all fitness levels. This class combines strength training and stretching to build and stretch your muscles.
 
Dumbbells will be used for a wide range of exercises, allowing you to target various muscle groups, in addition to burning fat and cardio strengthening.
 
The class will end with stretching exercises to improve range of motion, increase flexibility and enable muscles to work most effectively. One of the great things about this workout is that you can easily increase or decrease the intensity by doing more or less of any exercise.
